Lisa and I are preparing for a sibling workshop dedicated to bringing home baby #2, #3, etc and need your input…
We want to create a list of possible not-so-nice reactions to becoming a big brother or sister. Can you remember some specific behavior from your older child (i.e. not being gentle with baby), something your older child said (i.e. “You love him/her more than me!” or asked (i.e. “Can we give him back to the hospital?”)?
If your experience, on the other hand, was a positive one through and through, can you share some of our tricks/thoughts/observations?
Just think by reminiscing about these oh-so-wonderful moments, you may help a few desperate parents out there!
